\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tTolbert Thomas Jallah, Jr<\/strong>. is a PhD Student at the St. Paul’s University, Limuru Kenya. He holds a Master’s degree in Peace and Governance from the Institute of Peace, Leadership and Governance, Africa University, Mutare, Zimbabwe. As a Theologian, he’s an ordained Parish Priest serving in the Lutheran Church in Liberia. He has served previously as a lecturer at the Koffi Anna Institute for Conflict Transformation at the University of Liberia, and also at the United Methodist University in Liberia.<\/p>Tolbert Jallah, Jr. comes to the Faith & Justice Network as Executive Director with vast experience in development work in areas of campaigning, negotiations, peacebuilding, and advocacy after serving the Fellowship of Christian Councils and Churches in West Africa as Secretary\u2013General for almost nine years. As a Liberian, he understands the precarious situation of the Mano River Basin Countries, and the challenges of poverty, inequalities, corruption, and extreme hunger facing each country.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

He volunteered at United Muslim Women organization on the Health System Strengthening project funded by Gavi through ministry of health (MoH) and the Liberia Immunization Platform (LIP) as Monitoring and Evaluation Supervisor with extensive support to the programs team from 2016 to 2017.<\/p>\nHe also Volunteered at the Pentecostal Missions Unlimited as the programs focal person for Bong and Lofa county on both Civic Voter Education as well as Constitutional Reform Awareness project funded by UNDP and the National Elections Commission from 2016 to 2017 after his contract ended with PMU on the Ebola Community Action Platform (ECAP) project funded by USAID through MercyCorps as the Monitoring and Evaluation and Learning Supervisor.<\/p>\n
He later joined the Faith and Justice Network in 2021 as Communications Officer where he also provided technical ICT support to staff. Originally from Lofa County, she is a Christian and a member of the Monrovia Christian Fellowship Church on 9th Street in Sinkor, Monrovia.<\/p>Gbolu’s educational background includes a Diploma in Journalism and Public Relations from the Peter Quaqua School of Journalism and a Certificate in Project Management from the Gonet Academy.<\/p>
With significant experience in project management, strategic communication, and stakeholder engagement, Gbolu has made notable contributions to various organizations. As a former Program Officer at Liberia Media for Democratic Initiatives (LMDI), she organized community media forums that addressed key issues like gender equality and human rights.<\/p>
As the former Station Manager of Alternative Youth Radio, she produced and hosted “Girls Talk,” a program dedicated to empowering young women and girls through discussions on education, empowerment, and gender-based violence. She also established strategic partnerships with organizations such as the West Africa Democracy Radio.<\/p>

She is currently pursuing a Master\u2019s degree in International Relations at Cuttington University, where she also serves as Vice President of the Cuttington University Student Union. Her leadership journey, rooted in faith-based service, has expanded into national and international civic engagement, policy advocacy, and youth empowerment.<\/p>With over two years of leadership experience across academic institutions, civil society organizations, and faith-based networks, Margaret has demonstrated a consistent commitment to inclusive leadership, democratic governance, and community development. She has held key leadership roles within the African Methodist Episcopal Church, the Liberia Council of Churches Youth Desk, and multiple youth-led governance initiatives across West Africa.<\/p>
Margaret\u2019s work spans student governance, sustainability planning, gender empowerment, and multiparty democracy training. She has collaborated with organizations such as ForumCiv Liberia, IREX Liberia, Naymote, and the Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy, contributing to programs that strengthen youth participation, civic education, and institutional accountability.<\/p>
Her professional interests include diplomacy, policy analysis, peacebuilding, youth leadership development, and international development. He holds a Master’s degree in Peace and Governance from the Institute of Peace, Leadership and Governance, Africa University, Mutare, Zimbabwe. As a Theologian, he’s an ordained Parish Priest serving in the Lutheran Church in Liberia. He has served previously as a lecturer at the Koffi Anna Institute for Conflict Transformation at the University of Liberia, and also at the United Methodist University in Liberia.<\/p>Tolbert Jallah, Jr. comes to the Faith & Justice Network as Executive Director with vast experience in development work in areas of campaigning, negotiations, peacebuilding, and advocacy after serving the Fellowship of Christian Councils and Churches in West Africa as Secretary\u2013General for almost nine years. He volunteered at United Muslim Women organization on the Health System Strengthening project funded by Gavi through ministry of health (MoH) and the Liberia Immunization Platform (LIP) as Monitoring and Evaluation Supervisor with extensive support to the programs team from 2016 to 2017.<\/p>\nHe also Volunteered at the Pentecostal Missions Unlimited as the programs focal person for Bong and Lofa county on both Civic Voter Education as well as Constitutional Reform Awareness project funded by UNDP and the National Elections Commission from 2016 to 2017 after his contract ended with PMU on the Ebola Community Action Platform (ECAP) project funded by USAID through MercyCorps as the Monitoring and Evaluation and Learning Supervisor.<\/p>\n
He later joined the Faith and Justice Network in 2021 as Communications Officer where he also provided technical ICT support to staff. Originally from Lofa County, she is a Christian and a member of the Monrovia Christian Fellowship Church on 9th Street in Sinkor, Monrovia.<\/p>Gbolu’s educational background includes a Diploma in Journalism and Public Relations from the Peter Quaqua School of Journalism and a Certificate in Project Management from the Gonet Academy.<\/p>
With significant experience in project management, strategic communication, and stakeholder engagement, Gbolu has made notable contributions to various organizations. As a former Program Officer at Liberia Media for Democratic Initiatives (LMDI), she organized community media forums that addressed key issues like gender equality and human rights.<\/p>
As the former Station Manager of Alternative Youth Radio, she produced and hosted “Girls Talk,” a program dedicated to empowering young women and girls through discussions on education, empowerment, and gender-based violence. Tolbert Thomas Jallah, Jr<\/strong>. is a PhD Student at the St. Paul’s University, Limuru Kenya. He holds a Master’s degree in Peace and Governance from the Institute of Peace, Leadership and Governance, Africa University, Mutare, Zimbabwe. As a Theologian, he’s an ordained Parish Priest serving in the Lutheran Church in Liberia. He has served previously as a lecturer at the Koffi Anna Institute for Conflict Transformation at the University of Liberia, and also at the United Methodist University in Liberia.<\/p> Tolbert Jallah, Jr. comes to the Faith & Justice Network as Executive Director with vast experience in development work in areas of campaigning, negotiations, peacebuilding, and advocacy after serving the Fellowship of Christian Councils and Churches in West Africa as Secretary\u2013General for almost nine years. As a Liberian, he understands the precarious situation of the Mano River Basin Countries, and the challenges of poverty, inequalities, corruption, and extreme hunger facing each country.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t Finance & Administrative Officer<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t Ms. Victoria Pinky Williams<\/strong> was born in Montserrado County. She\u2019s a Christian and a member of the Christ Army Evangelist Ministry. She earned Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) and Associate of Arts Degrees from the Stella Maria Polytechnic Liberia.<\/p> Victoria has experience working as an Accountant, Administrator, Human Resource, and Personnel Assistant. Walker is a seasoned IT professional, business developer, documentary scriptwriter, and professional video editor with over 12 years of experience across the documentary industry and NGO sector, and 7 years of expertise in digital finance as a Certified Digital Financial Practitioner. He is also a Certified NGO Manager with extensive experience in youth capacity building, advocacy, documentary production, and business development across four African countries. He volunteered at United Muslim Women organization on the Health System Strengthening project funded by Gavi through ministry of health (MoH) and the Liberia Immunization Platform (LIP) as Monitoring and Evaluation Supervisor with extensive support to the programs team from 2016 to 2017.<\/p>\n He also Volunteered at the Pentecostal Missions Unlimited as the programs focal person for Bong and Lofa county on both Civic Voter Education as well as Constitutional Reform Awareness project funded by UNDP and the National Elections Commission from 2016 to 2017 after his contract ended with PMU on the Ebola Community Action Platform (ECAP) project funded by USAID through MercyCorps as the Monitoring and Evaluation and Learning Supervisor.<\/p>\n He later joined the Faith and Justice Network in 2021 as Communications Officer where he also provided technical ICT support to staff. He later transitioned to the programs and policy role where he provided support as a Programs, Monitoring and Evaluation (PME) on the Bread for the World funded project. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t Interim Gender Justice Awareness Coordinator<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t Gbolu B. Beyan<\/strong> is a passionate media and communications professional with a deep commitment to social justice and gender equality in Liberia. Originally from Lofa County, she is a Christian and a member of the Monrovia Christian Fellowship Church on 9th Street in Sinkor, Monrovia.<\/p> Gbolu’s educational background includes a Diploma in Journalism and Public Relations from the Peter Quaqua School of Journalism and a Certificate in Project Management from the Gonet Academy.<\/p> With significant experience in project management, strategic communication, and stakeholder engagement, Gbolu has made notable contributions to various organizations. As a former Program Officer at Liberia Media for Democratic Initiatives (LMDI), she organized community media forums that addressed key issues like gender equality and human rights.<\/p> As the former Station Manager of Alternative Youth Radio, she produced and hosted “Girls Talk,” a program dedicated to empowering young women and girls through discussions on education, empowerment, and gender-based violence.
