Tolbert Thomas Jallah, Jr.

Executive Director/CEO

Tolbert Thomas Jallah, Jr. is a PhD Student at the St. Paul’s University, Limuru Kenya. He holds a Master’s degree in Peace and Governance from the Institute of Peace, Leadership and Governance, Africa University, Mutare, Zimbabwe. As a Theologian, he’s an ordained Parish Priest serving in the Lutheran Church in Liberia. He has served previously as a lecturer at the Koffi Anna Institute for Conflict Transformation at the University of Liberia, and also at the United Methodist University in Liberia.

Tolbert Jallah, Jr. comes to the Faith & Justice Network as Executive Director with vast experience in development work in areas of campaigning, negotiations, peacebuilding, and advocacy after serving the Fellowship of Christian Councils and Churches in West Africa as Secretary–General for almost nine years. As a Liberian, he understands the precarious situation of the Mano River Basin Countries, and the challenges of poverty, inequalities, corruption, and extreme hunger facing each country.

Ms. Victoria Pinky Williams

Finance & Administrative Officer

Ms. Victoria Pinky Williams was born in Montserrado County. She’s a Christian and a member of the Christ Army Evangelist Ministry. She earned Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) and Associate of Arts Degrees from the Stella Maria Polytechnic Liberia.

Victoria has experience working as an Accountant, Administrator, Human Resource, and Personnel Assistant. She has worked with CMA CGM Liberia Inc., Bittar Construction Company, and as Real Estate Tax Advisor.

Mr. J. Othello Kowah

Finance & Human Resource Officer

Mr. J. Othello Kowah has over a decade of experience in finance and human resource management. Born in Phebe Hospital, Bong County, he is a Christian and an active member of the Grace Lutheran Congregation.

Othello holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Degree in Accounting from the African Methodist Episcopal University (AMEU) and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from the Liberia Institute of Public Administration (LIPA).

Othello has brought strong expertise in finance and HR administration, with roles at organizations such as Weasua-Kenya Airways, Medical Teams International, and ieng Group Limited.

Mrs. Wenwou C. Lloyd

Administrative Associate

Mrs. Wenwou C. Lloyd was born in Bong Mines, Bong County. She is an experienced administrative professional with over 8 years of service in administration. She holds a MA in Management and emphasis in Enterprise management from Hauzhong University of Science and Technology in China and a BSc Degree in Sociology from the Cuttington University. She has worked with organizations including Brooklyn Group of Companies and Lifeline Global Group Inc.

Wenwou is a committed Christian and an active member of the J. E. Marshall United Methodist Church.

Mr. Jerry Uerjay Gardiner

Communication Officer

Jerry U. Gardiner  is a devoted Evangelical and member of the Sinkor Evangelical Church, an interdenominational church.

Born in Monrovia, Liberia, Jerry holds a Bachelor in Public Administrations from the University of Liberia and an Advance Diploma in Computer Engineering from the International Institute of Computer Studies (IICS), a Certificate in Videography, Storytelling and Camera usage from Bill Gentile School of Videography in Washington D.C., USA, a Certificate in Website Design and Management from the U.S. State Department Training Center in Vienna, Austria, a certificate in Desktop Publishing, a certificate in Social Media Usage and Branding Organization name from Dakar, Senegal and a certificate from U.S. Embassy in Abuja in Visual/Audio.

Jerry has over 20 years of experience working as a Programme Officer, Communication Officer, Media practitioner, Computer Professional in Networking, Computer Repairs, and Graphic Designs. Jerry types 70/80 words per minute. He is a Communication and Computer Instructor.

Jerry currently holds the position of Communications Officer at the Faith and Justice Network-Liberia.

Reina Darling Mentor

Office Assistant

Reina Darling Mentor, a high school graduate, presently holds the position of Office Assistant at the Faith and Justice Network and serves as the coordinator for the YWC program.

Mr. JB Blawah

Sr. Programs and Policy Officer

Mr. JB Blawah comes with a wealth of information and experience. He volunteered at United Muslim Women organization on the Health System Strengthening project funded by Gavi through ministry of health (MoH) and the Liberia Immunization Platform (LIP) as Monitoring and Evaluation Supervisor with extensive support to the programs team from 2016 to 2017.

He also Volunteered at the Pentecostal Missions Unlimited as the programs focal person for Bong and Lofa county on both Civic Voter Education as well as Constitutional Reform Awareness project funded by UNDP and the National Elections Commission from 2016 to 2017 after his contract ended with PMU on the Ebola Community Action Platform (ECAP) project funded by USAID through MercyCorps as the Monitoring and Evaluation and Learning Supervisor.

He later joined the Faith and Justice Network in 2021 as Communications Officer where he also provided technical ICT support to staff. He later transitioned to the programs and policy role where he provided support as a Programs, Monitoring and Evaluation (PME) on the Bread for the World funded project. 

Ms. Gbolu Beatrice Beyan

Interim Gender Justice Awareness Coordinator

Gbolu B. Beyan is a passionate media and communications professional with a deep commitment to social justice and gender equality in Liberia. Originally from Lofa County, she is a Christian and a member of the Monrovia Christian Fellowship Church on 9th Street in Sinkor, Monrovia.

Gbolu’s educational background includes a Diploma in Journalism and Public Relations from the Peter Quaqua School of Journalism and a Certificate in Project Management from the Gonet Academy.

With significant experience in project management, strategic communication, and stakeholder engagement, Gbolu has made notable contributions to various organizations. As a former Program Officer at Liberia Media for Democratic Initiatives (LMDI), she organized community media forums that addressed key issues like gender equality and human rights.

As the former Station Manager of Alternative Youth Radio, she produced and hosted “Girls Talk,” a program dedicated to empowering young women and girls through discussions on education, empowerment, and gender-based violence. She also established strategic partnerships with organizations such as the West Africa Democracy Radio.

Additionally, as a Radio Monitor for the Female Journalists Association of Liberia (FeJAL), Gbolu tracked media representation of women and reported on sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV) to support policy advocacy.
